The 28 m² burgundy-coloured studio accommodates up to two guests and features two single beds, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom and a terrace. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, refrigerator and a glass-ceramic hob with two cooking zones. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in a shared area for all guests.
The accommodation comprising all three studios is located on the second floor and can be reached by lift or stairs. It is situated right in the town centre, with Adlerplatz directly in front of the building. Public parking is available at Adlerplatz and is subject to charges until the evening. Free parking can also be found in the surrounding side streets and approximately a five-minute walk away.
All studios are non-smoking.
Pets are permitted only by prior arrangement.
